DELIVERY / INSTALLATION
Within a few days of order, you will be contacted by Good
Times to verify order details prior to production. Upon
completion of playset, we will contact customer to set up
delivery date and time. We prefer to deliver during the day
Monday-Friday, although we will try our best to
accommodate your particular needs.
We make every effort to deliver within 2-3 weeks of playset
order. Factors such as weather or production capabilities
can impact this timeline, but we will be in contact with you in
this type of situation. Customized playsets can sometimes
take longer, but once again we will be in contact with you
regarding timing.
We are not responsible for permits or code restraints.
Playset site must be reasonably level, as we do not alter the
grade of the land in any way. We will level the playset tower
up to 4" using treated wood blocks and / or shims. We will
need adequate clearance, both width and height, to access
your yard. Keep in mind fences or obstacles (i.e. trees,
pools, sheds, etc.), which might limit our access. An
additional charge will be added for having to return
because of inaccessibility, and this may also delay delivery
times. The driver will contact you before delivery regarding
the details of the site.
Local delivery extends 50 miles from the sales lot where
purchase was made. $3 per loaded mile will be charged
beyond the 50 miles.
